Finding Access Tourism products in NZ
It is extremely difficult to find reliable information about Access Tourism products in NZ. A case in point: a Google search today using the terms “disabilities tours New Zealand” turned up nearly one million hits. An analysis of the first 20 shows that
- only three of the 20 actually offer tours for people with disabilities
- one of these is a company out of Australia
- of the remaining 17, they are either ezines, general (overseas) sites, entirely irrelevant, or sites that actually discourage visiting New Zealand if you have a disability
Not a good showing!
