Ontario Tourism Education Provider Offering Training in Service Provision to PwDs

The Canadian tourism educator Ontario Tourism Education Corporation (OTEC)  provides customer service training programs for front line and management in the arena of Access Tourism.  It has created a series of Accessible Service Excellence programs for the transit, taxi, municipal, tourism and business sectors to help organizations become compliant with the  Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities ACT (AODA).  The Accessibility Excellence Series comprises full and half day workshops focused on seniors and people with disabilities.
